Congratulations to Year 12 Chancellor State College graduate Georgia Ebbers on being awarded the 2024 Adem Crosby “Excellence in Community Spirit Award." This perpetual award was established by Chancellor State College in 2013 (Adem’s school) in honour of Adem for his outstanding contributions in helping others. Team Adem is also proud to contribute $250 to the award winner each year. Georgia is a deserving winner this year and has given much of his time to helping his fellow students and members of our community. Well done Georgia👏👏

How stunning is this lifelike floral arrangement which has just been delivered to Oncology Ward 5D at SCUH. These beautiful arrangements which are enjoyed by patients and staff are hired from @floralimage and donated by Team Adem.

Recently Lu on behalf of Team Adem dropped into Bloomhill Cancer Care to donate funds which will be allocated towards purchasing therapeutic massages.The massages will be offered to adolescents and young adults affected by a cancer diagnosis who attend the centre. Bloomhill Cancer Care is a wonderful Sunshine Coast wellness-survivor centre that offers a broad range of support to Sunshine Coast residents living with and beyond cancer. Pictured with Lu are Deb and Holly, two of Bloomhills dedicated staff members.

Yesterday Brent and I loaded a van full of air fryers and headed off to the @leukaemia_foundation Village in Coopers Plains Brisbane. These 30 air fryers will be a very welcomed addition to the self-contained apartments that are occupied by regional and rural blood cancer patients while receiving their treatment in Brisbane. This village was our home away from home for 2 years during Adem’s treatment in 2011/2012. Pictured accepting the donation is LF staff member Sharron ❤️ ❤️
