New parent accommodation facility receives donation from Team Adem

Brent, Lu & Miranda recently had the privilege of donating some convenient quick meals, snacks, biscuits etc to the Parent’s Overnight Accommodation Unit situated in the new LCCH (Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital) Brisbane. This unit was purpose built for parents of critically ill babies and children who are admitted to the PICU (Paediatric Intensive Care Unit). At the end of a long day sitting by their child’s bedside, mum or dad is provided with free overnight accommodation, shower facilities and a selection of quick meals. Parents are only minutes from their child.This amazing 10 individual single bedrooms + small family room is under the current caretakership of the incredible staff from Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland.
